AKT Nutrition Add-On


About Kate

 Kate received her Masters in Nutrition from the University of Western States and is currently a Functional Nutritionist at The Facility Denver. In addition to her advanced degree in Human Nutrition, Kate is a candidate for Clinical Nutrition Specialist through the American Academy of Nutrition. She is currently working towards practitioner certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is passionate about taking a proactive approach to health, particularly the impact of good movement and eating habits on overall well-being. 

We have partnered with The Facility to provide a nutritional support package to supplement your AKT experience. The package is $50 in addition to AKT membership, and will assist you in eating a whole foods diet that will help you stay energized for our type of workout. 


This package includes the following:


  1. A nutrition guideline with clean eating recommendations. Sample meal plan, clean eating shopping list, plus a meal planning resource for on your own. This guide will also have a list of the best on-the-go foods for when you are planning your meals and tips for creating a whole food pantry.  

  2. Resources for healthy nutrition habits including a daily wellness checklist and weekly habit tracker (PDF).

  3. Weekly support emails to keep you motivated and learning. These emails will have a fresh topic related to your nutrition journey, FAQs and examples of meals and snacks for the week. 

  4. Open and on-going communication with your personal nutritionist, Kate. You’ll have email access for individual questions regarding nutrition for the duration of active Nutrition Package status*

  5. Access to discounted private nutritional consultations and services through The Facility**




-When you “opt-in” you will receive an initial email with registration link to the Nutrition Add-on. (This is an additional recurring monthly fee to supplement your membership; Registration information will come from The Facility Denver)

-Upon successful registration, you will receive your welcome packet and PDF of the digital nutrition guide

-Each Friday: Kate will send a weekly email to Nutrition Program participants with information about food & nutrition, meal and snack options, and just to check-in. You are welcome to email her questions at any time during the program for personalized support.
