For acute care (re: injury/pain), I utilize a physical medicine care plan to outline expected care over 8 or 12 weeks. This allows me to be involved in more than just passive care. You'll get a personalized at-home exercise/rehabilitation plan as well as unlimited communication between visits. I do my best to recommend care that makes sense for YOUR unique case/needs in an effort to get you back to the activities and lifestyle you love.
