Body Scan by Neil
This body scan is a type of meditation, or mindfulness practice aimed at guiding your body and mind into a more relaxed, clear and peaceful state of being. This practice brings awareness to tensions, emotions and stresses that we may be "holding on to" both physically and psychologically. This can be integrated into your current mindful lifestyle, or can be a great starting point for mindful practice.
