Rooms for Rent - Daily/Weekly/Monthly

The Facility is a Multi-Disciplinary Wellness Clinic in Cherry Creek, Denver, Colorado. 

We have a few treatment rooms / spaces available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental with flexible terms. 

Ideal candidates are those in the wellness or healthcare space - Acupuncture, Massage, Mental Health, Life Coaching, Neurofeedback, Yoga/Pilates, PT, Doula Consults, Reiki, and more!  You'll have a place to practice inside a busy clinic without the commitment of a long-term lease or more space than you need.

Treatment/Consult Room

Treatment Room 1 comes outfitted with fold down desk/table, chiropractic table (optional), adjustment stool, and chairs. Can be converted into a consult room for non-hands-on modalities.

Daily Rate: $150

Weekly Rate: $500

Monthly Rate: $1400

Massage/Therapy Room

The Massage/Therapy Room comes outfitted with either a massage table -or- couch set-up. Tucked away in the back for privacy, ambient lighting options, and shelving for massage/acupuncture accessories.

Half-Day Rate (6 hours): $100

Full-Day Rate: $160

Monthly Rate (4 days per week): $1600
