We are looking to build our team of wellness practitioners in our Cherry Creek office. 

​

The Facility has a vision of being a wellness collective to address acute and chronic conditions. We have two locations, and plan to expand within the next two years. We are looking for someone who has a growth mindset and is adaptable to a changing environment. 

​

The Company: The Facility is a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic focused on root cause medicine. We treat patients with an individualized approach, giving them a home base for all facets of health. The Facility is a forward-thinking, education-first TEAM known for our collaborative efforts.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

The Position: We’re looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The pay we’re offering is a flexible commission-based structure dependent on hours and availability. [Expected range $42-$70 an hour.]

 

  • We offer a team-oriented environment, flexible schedule, and equipped space.

  • Employees are eligible for bonus pay and transition to full-time salary. 

  • We are an outpatient clinic with no constraints from insurance.​

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy.

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Colorado

​

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat current and new patients for physical medicine using manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and various modalities.

  • Communicate with the patient and other clinical team members about treatment goals and outcome plans; provide clear documentation in the EHR system.

  • Primary focus is orthopedic conditions, but patient base may include neurological or vestibular conditions as well.

  • Willingness to learn, develop clinical skills, hone manual abilities. 

  • Contribute to the day-to-day aspects of a wellness clinic including interacting with patients, scheduling, answering phones, and maintaining the treatment space.

Chiropractor

The Position: We’re looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic. The pay we’re offering is a base salary with bonus pay structure. [Starting Base Pay Range $45K-60K]

  • We are an outpatient clinic with no constraints from insurance.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic.

  • Valid Chiropractic license in the State of Colorado
