FAQs
How do I collect my sample?
It’s a mail-in test. Once you order, you’ll get a kit shipped to your home with clear instructions. You’ll collect a urine sample using the tools provided (yes, it’s weird—but not hard), then send it back using the prepaid packaging.
How long does it take to get results?
Once received by the lab, you should expect results within 5-10 business days! You’ll get an email notification when they’re ready
What happens after I get my results?
You’ll get the full results report and a general interpretation guide from Vibrant Wellness. There is no clinical oversight or personalized action plan from the Facility included with this test. If you’d prefer to meet with a clinician for more guidance, you’ll have the option to schedule an appointment with The Facility Functional Medicine Team after the test results are released.
