How does it work?
Once you place your order, you will receive a blood testing kit in the mail. You’ll get immediate access to the patient navigation system to help you find a partnered draw location near you (or even schedule a phlebotomist to come to your home!). The lab kit will include a shipping label to mail in blood samples. Once received by the lab, you should expect results within 5-10 business days!
Where do I get the labs drawn?
You’ll receive instructions from Vibrant Wellness to find a partnered lab location near you (typically chains like AnyLabTestNow, Local IV clinics, or mobile phlebotomy options). Easy, quick, and local.
When will I get my results?
Most results are available within 5–10 business days after your sample is received. You’ll be notified by email when they’re ready.
What can I expect on the results report?
You will get a lab summary report with all results from Vibrant Wellness. It will show normal lab ranges (age and gender corrected), and your specific results within those. There is no clinical interpretation (ie: "why is this low?" "what does it mean when this is high?").
Will someone help me understand the results?
Depends on what you choose! The Foundation Zoomer includes labs only, you’ll get the raw results with general reference ranges. If you prefer to have clinical interpretation included, the Baseline Biomarker Panel is a better option!
Either way, you can add on a one-on-one results review appointment (90-Minutes with a Functional Medicine Doctor and Nutritionist, $450) if you decide you need more guidance. During this appointment (in-person in Denver or Telehealth from anywhere) we’ll go over everything together and create a plan of action (to include nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle habits).
Can I use my health insurance to pay for these labs?
No—these labs are cash-pay only. That said, they’re often significantly cheaper than what you’d pay using insurance. (And no surprise bills two months later. You’re welcome.)
What if I want help after getting my results?
You always have the option of scheduling a one-on-one appointment with The Facility Functional Medicine Team for more direct guidance after the test results are released.
