How to Get Started: The Quick Version
There are two routes to take here. If you have a physical issue ("ow, my knee hurts") start with a Physical Medicine New Patient Evaluation. If you have a systemic issue ("I can't stop pooping") -OR- are interested in advanced functional lab testing (hormones/nutrients/toxins/etc) start with a Functional Medicine New Patient Visit. Physical Medicine New Patient Visit
During this visit we will review your history, assess current symptoms, perform neurologic and orthopedic tests, and include treatment as needed. Treatment modalities include adjustments, soft-tissue work such as graston, dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, E-stim, or taping.
90 Minutes - $225
Functional Medicine New Patient Visit
You'll sit with both Dr. Rasmussen, DC, CFMP, and Functional Nutritionist, Kate Daugherty, MS, CNS. We'll evaluate your current symptom picture and start to connect the dots. At the conclusion of this visit, we will recommend specific functional lab tests to be completed at home or LabCorp as well as directed nutrition and lifestyle intervention.

HEALTH INSURANCE: We are out-of-network providers. This allows us to practice how we want, with more time and individual attention. We can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
