A care team you KNOW and can count on. We'll act as your primary health providers, ordering annual labs and taking the time to explain the results. We're passionate about changing the model of healthcare- starting with preventative (ie: comprehensive) screenings and honest feedback about nutrition & lifestyle habits. 

What's Included?

Cost: $850

No surprises. If other functional tests make sense, we'll let you know! That's the perk of having a real relationship with your healthcare team.  

Need Just a check-in?

Available as needed for established patients! 

Schedule a functional medicine follow-up with the Functional Medicine team anytime (with or without labs). This can address questions on supplement changes / protocol revamp, new health concerns, dietary guidance, reviewing labs from other providers / second opinion, or any additional support you need.
